How does the bubble bin membership work?

The Johnson's bubble bin is a monthly subscription box for parents and families, delivered straight to your door. Each box is specially curated with bath and bedtime essentials based on your needs and preferences. You can postpone your next box or cancel the subscription anytime by simply logging into your member portal at: shop.johnsonsbaby.com/user.

How much does it cost?

Depending on the Johnson's bubble bin you select, each box costs $19.99 - $33.49 (plus applicable taxes) charged approximately every month, with values up to $37.00. Plus, every Johnson's bubble bin ships free.

How often will I receive my bubble bin?

Monthly. For orders within the 50 states and D.C., the first box is expected to be received approximately 5-7 business days from the date you join (orders to U.S. territories should be received within approximately 14 business days from the date you join), and then every month after you receive your first box. That means you will receive 12 boxes every year, packed with your favorite Johnson's products.

Can I postpone or cancel my bubble bin anytime?

Johnson's bubble bin is currently offered 12 times a year with flexibility to postpone your next box or cancel anytime by contacting us here or logging into your member portal at: shop.johnsonsbaby.com/user. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us before the next box is shipped (at least 48 hours before your next shipment is sent), and we will make best efforts to accommodate those changes. However, if the request comes once the next box is already in process for shipment, we may not be able to accommodate any changes. Please note that canceling your subscription does not stop any pending charges, which were already charged to your account.

Are the products hypoallergenic?

Allergens are a big concern for parents and known allergens are always changing. Our formulas were already free of known allergens, but we pushed further in choosing to keep potential and an expanding list of allergens out of our formulas.

If you notice an issue with your baby's skin, you may call our Customer Care line at 1-866-565-2229. Otherwise, if symptoms persist, a consultation with your healthcare provider is advised.

Can I use Johnson's products for my entire family?

For nearly 125 years our formulas have been specially designed for baby's unique and delicate skin, but our products are also great for kids and adults too! While we recommend a specific age/stage for certain products, any age can enjoy the benefits of our products.

What does No more Tears® mean?

Our No More Tears® formula turned shampooing from a job into a joy and transformed bath time into playtime. It tells moms and dads that the product is gentle, safe, and mild for their babies' developing skin and eyes.

No More Tears® products have been rigorously and comprehensively evaluated for safety and mildness including:

  • Ingredient and formulation review
  • Clinical assessment for ocular irritation
  • Clinical review of all data

We do not use numbing agents in any of our products. No More Tears® products are specially formulated to control the size of the cleansing ingredients. When formulated correctly, the cleansers form a structure too large to penetrate skin or eyes. A simple concept that requires a combination of expertise and the best ingredients to get just right.

Do Johnson's products contain preservatives?

Preservatives are an essential part of baby and beauty personal care products. Without them, everyday products you've come to rely on could expire within weeks or even days. The main reason we include preservatives in some of our products is to ensure their safety and shelf-life. In addition, they protect against potentially harmful bacteria, mold, and fungus.

We work with leading professionals from industry, government, academia and consumer groups to research and ensure the use of a safe and sustainable preservative palette.

Does Johnson's use fragrances in its products?

The power of fragrance is real – fragrance can enhance the bond between a parent and their baby and support the development of baby's senses. Studies have found that use of products with fragrance can reduce infant stress, crying and enhance sleep, as well as enhance engagement between a mother and baby.

Fragrances are neither more nor less safe than other ingredients. Each molecule of a fragrance still needs to be individually assessed for safety. As part of our Safety and Care Commitment, fragrances, like all other ingredients in our products, are evaluated through our five-step safety assurance process to ensure high quality, and gentle ingredients make it into our products.

Johnson's® fragrances are stringently tested and safe and follow the strict standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), so that parents can feel confident about the ingredients on our label. Industry-certified experts assess our ingredients to ensure they meet our standards, and our scientific experts test our formulas to ensure they are safe for use. Only 25% of the typical toolbox of fragrance ingredients meet our safety standards and are suitable for our gentle baby products.

Do Johnson's products expire?

We recommend replacing products annually to make sure you're getting the best experience. But a good rule of thumb is that products without expiration dates (like cosmetics) are stable for 3 years from the time of manufacture, as long as they are stored at room temperature. You can find the manufacture date by the product lot number, located on the back, side or bottom of the product or embossed on the crimped end of the tube. It'll say LOT, followed by four numbers and then a letter (like LOT 0913L). The manufacture is the fourth digit. (So Lot 0913L was made in 2013, and is therefore good until 2016.) If you are interested in determining the exact age of a specific product, give us a call with the lot number and we will help you out.

Are Johnson's products tested on animals?

We do NOT conduct animal testing on any of our cosmetic products except in the rare situation where governments or laws require it. We'll never compromise on the quality or safety of the products we provide for you.

Are Johnson's products sustainably produced?

Babies' development is influenced by the world they live and grow up in, so our formulas are carefully crafted to be gentle on the environment.

  • We prioritize using ingredients that are not harmful to aquatic life and ecosystems.
  • We use a patented system to help us formulate products that are non-toxic, biodegradable and don't bioaccumulate in the environment.
  • We moved to more efficient processes that we estimate will reduce water usage at our owned manufacturing sites by about 20%.
  • We continue to push ourselves to improve our environmental stewardship, and meet ever-higher goals to be more gentle on the environment.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Simply return the product(s), unused, within 30 days of receipt, for a refund of your full purchase price less shipping and handling. Only unused products are eligible for a refund. If the returned item has been postmarked after the 30th day, you are unfortunately no longer eligible for a refund.

How do I make a return?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Johnson's bubble bin purchase, you can return the full box or individual item(s) for a full refund of their purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by Johnson's bubble bin unless there was a shipping error or product damaged. At this time, we do not accept returns purchased in-store or from other online retailers.

To obtain a refund (less shipping and handling), please mail us the following:

  1. Your original purchase receipt
  2. Your name, address, phone number, and signature
  3. The product
  4. Your reason for returning the product

Once we have received the returned items, you will be credited the amount paid for the returned item(s) to the payment method used to make the purchase within approximately 7-10 business days.

Can I exchange for a different subscription box?

Absolutely! You can exchange the entire box for a different type, as long as items are unopened and unused.

Contact us via phone or email inform us of your desired change and our teams will be able to assist. Additional shipping charges may apply. At this time we do not accept in-store exchanges.

For items that are DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED, please contact us and we will send you a replacement immediately.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Definitely! You can change your next box online through your member account at: shop.johnsonsbaby.com/user. If you would like to make any changes, please update your account before the next box is shipped (approximately every 48 hours before your next shipment is processed), and we will make best efforts to accommodate those changes. However, if the request comes once the next box is already in process for shipment, we may not be able to affect any changes.

What form of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when your box ships.

Will I receive a full refund if I return everything?

You will receive a full refund for returning the entire subscription box in accordance with our return policy. Once we have received the returned items, you will be credited the amount paid for the returned item(s) to the payment method used to make the purchase within approximately 7-10 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all states and D.C., except for Connecticut, Delaware, and Kansas. We also ship to US territories, including US military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Do you charge for shipping?

Every Johnson's bubble bin ships free.

When can I expect my first box?

You can expect your first box within approximately 5-7 business days from the time you place your order for shipments within the 50 states and D.C. (orders to U.S. territories should be received within approximately 14 business days from shipment).

When can I expect my box each month?

Approximately every month after you receive your first box. We will send a shipment notification email once we have shipped the box. You have the ability in your member portal to change the shipment date, postpone or change the frequency of your next shipment! If you would like to make any changes, please update your account before the next box is shipped, and we will make best efforts to accommodate those changes. However, if the request comes once the next box is already in process for shipment, we may not be able to affect any changes.
